Today we are starting a new feature called “Catalog Alert!” where we’ll feature some of the most interesting Christmas and Holiday Gift catalogs we’ve been receiving in the good ol’mail.

 

So for our first catalog I’d like to highlight the Smith & Hawken Holiday 2006 catalog I received yesterday. If you’re not familiar with Smith & Hawken, they are an upscale home and garden retailer. With stores across the country. They are also have great catalogs, supported by their website.

I’m lucky enough to have 2 stores in my area and stop by whenever I’m in the area. They also have great sales and if you time it right you can get some great bargains!

And who doesn’t need another birdhouse? This blue porcelain birdhouse seems like a really nice gift for those gardeners and birders on your list. Wonder if birds would actually visit this house?
