$400 Live Christmas Trees in NYC

Here is a holiday tidbit from this mornings edition of the Daily News (NY): It was reported that 12 foot balsam trees were going for $400 in Manhattan. 7 foot trees were going for $100, while an 8 footer would run you about $200!
But remember this is the city where a hamburger can run you $100 and an average studio apartment can run you $1 million!
