Is a Day Without Latkes a Day Without Sunshine!?

Tomorrow night is the first night of Chanukah! And whats Chanukah without potato pancakes or Latkes? Just add a little apple sauce or sour cream and your holiday is complete. YUM YUM!! :)

Here’s a recipe for these delicious must haves for your holiday celebration.

Latkes (Potato Pancakes)

  • 2 potatoes peeled
  • 1 small onion peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • black pepper
  • butter, for frying
  • sour cream
