Roses: I’ll Take 15 Million Dozen 

Last year, an estimated 189 million roses were produced for V Day. About 80 percent of roses come from Colombia and Ecuador*.

Roses Are Red. Sometimes…

Sixty-four percent of Valentine’s Day roses sold are classic red. However, most women prefer to receive other colors – yellow, pink, peach, or white.
