Or so its said. Now just image what 5 or more fruits and vegetables a day can do for your health!

Well this is the month to remind us how important it is to eat smart and to eat the correct amount of fruits and vegetables daily.

A healthy diet with 5 – 9 servings of fruit and vegetables a day can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
