Their death, at the hand of the god of Abraham, was a cosmic crime perpetrated by a tribal deity, whose pretense to be the universal God has led to immense violence. While I will respect the holiday out of respect for the Jewish people, as I respect the holidays of other Abrahamic sects out of respect for my friends who observe them, I take this occasion to denounce the deeds of this so-called god of the universe. I will worship tribal deities who do not make claims beyond their peoples. This is why I have been a Pagan most of my life, and will not hide nor apologise for my faith. Blessed Be, End of sermon.
