Did you know that October is Apple Month in the United States?

With the conclusion of the apple harvest, many families enjoy visiting apple orchards in the fall to pick their own apples and sample homemade cider.

October is also Fire Prevention Month, Down Syndrome Awareness Month, Stamp Collecting Month and Sarcastic Awareness Month (no, we’re not being sarcastic!)
