Ahh yes the neighbors. No one warned you about the neighbors who came with your house. And now you’re stuck with them. There’s the busybody, the physco, the cat lady, and that weird old guy. How come on TV all the neighbors are young, sexy, and friendly?

Well today’s the day to put aside all the animosity and say hello. That’s right, just wave that hand and say “Hi Neighbor!”
