Did you know that Americans buy and send more than 110 million roses for Valentine’s Day?

California is the leading domestic producer of roses, although the majority of the ones sold on Valentine’s Day are imported from South America.

February 14th is Valentines Day – a worldwide celebration of love and romance, marked by giving red roses and chocolate hearts or by sending valentines. Join us as we present a new “Did You Know?” fun fact each day as we countdown to Valentine’s Day, the day of love!
