Did you know that of the original thirteen colonies that attended the Continental Congress and voted on the Declaration of Independence, only nine voted in favor of it?
Pennsylvania and South Carolina voted against the Declaration, while New York abstained.

Wait, if PA & SC voted agaainst and NY abstained, that leaves 10 — so was it 9 or 10 and if it was still 9, who’s the the 4th who didn’t vote for the DoI and what did they do (vote against or abstain)?

After checking it seems Delaware was undecided.
“Of the 13 colonies, 9 voted in favor of the Declaration, 2 – Pennsylvania and South Carolina voted No, Delaware undecided and New York abstained”
